Dec., 2011: In 2011, in continued partnership with Los Alamos National Security, LLC (LANS), the LANL Foundation provided $3,806,205 to educational institutions and non-profit organizations in Northern New Mexico for a wide variety of education programs addressing critical public education needs STEM.

Jan. 31, 2011: The LANL Foundation, through the Los Alamos Employees Scholarship Fund (LAESF) will be seeking applicants for a new Regional College/Returning Student Scholarship fund in 2011. This new fund will award scholarships to motivated students returning to a formal education, after a hiatus for other pursuits.
